Workshops
We offer monthly workshops, which are one time teacher lead projects to celebate the coming seasons. The space is limited to 16 kids. Some are drop off workshops but parents are always welcome to stay and participate. We do have an air filter in the studio.
We are very thoughtful with the age limits for our workshops and work hard to create projects that are age appropriate. Please respect our age restrictions.
clay haunted house

For Ages 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
Join us in making some spoooooooky haunted houses. Using clay and some other natural materials and lots of spiders, flies, skulls, ribbons and more, kids will be able to sculpt their own dwelling, whether it be a cave, house, or castle.

scary prints

For Ages 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10+
Skulls, bats, cats, haunted houses and more. Choosre you own subject when creating your printing plate. The beautiful aspect of printmaking is that you can make as many prints as you like choosing different colors of paper and different inks.

spooky spider box

For Ages 5, 6, 7, 8
Join us in celebrating Halloween by making these spooky spider boxes using decorative papers, colored tape, stickers and more. We will look at different kinds of spiders and use watercolor along with oil pastel to make the spiders for our box.

scary cakes

For Ages 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Join us for making of these halloween cakes fit for any goblin. We will make our own "frosting" and after frosting there will be eyballs and bones and bugs and so much more to decorate.

haunted dioramas

For Ages 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10+
Join us in creating a spoky diorama. We will be using a few techniques for this scene, drawing, sumi ink painting, cardboard for collaging and many halloween ribbons and decor to finsih it off.

teeny altar making

For Ages 6, 7, 8, 9, 10+, 11
Come and make a commemorative piece for your loved ones. We will have sculpey to make tiny favorite foods and little flowers and skulls and many more teeny things to decorate the inside and the outside of these little tins. Please feel free to bring a small xerox of a family member or friend to honor.
